Description

A picture book When shoes, choose Botas! is the very first publication of this type about the phenomenon of the Botas brand. It focuses on the period from its beginning in the 1960s to the most productive years in the 1980s and also on the rebirth of the brand in the form of BOTAS 66. The book brings new and so far not published information and documents and it is a must have for every loyal Botas shoes fun.

It is full of archive photographs, prints and high quality product images of selected historical models including descriptions. It contains texts on the famous brand history and diverse product range, an overview of the Czechoslovak shoemaking industry and two great interviews.

The book was published as a catalogue of the homonymous exhibition in Retromuseum Cheb.

The language of the book is Czech, but it contains a large English summary.
